Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 infrastructure across the organisation, to migrate 65 sites worldwide; from Netware to Windows 2003 and mail services from MS Mail to Exchange 2003.
· Active directory configuration and management experience. · Understanding of network topology and replication topology. · Windows XP and Office 2003, in particular Outlook 2003 · DNS, DHCP and WINS issues · SMS and File replication · Anti Virus products · Implementing Group Policies · Proven documentation and record keeping skills with strong attention to detail
Duties include: Technical responsibilities i.e. building & QA`ing Windows 2003 file, print, SMS and Domain Controller servers and modifying existing infrastructure. And Documentation ownership for the entire project technical team.
Responsibilities: · Building Windows 2003 file, print, SMS and domain controller servers. · Retrofiting technical changes made to existing infrastructure. · Active directory configuration and management. · Reviewing and verifying of existing project documents for completeness, and compliance with process requirements. · Updating documentation for each process change. · Conferring with engineers, managers and others when modifying documentation. · Drafting new procedures and processes for migration team. · Working with the Project Manager and Technical Manager to ensure the project plan.
